Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pro is $9.99/month or $79/year. For a limited time, Founding Pro is $59/year. Pro is a subscription bought on our website and billed through our payment processor.

Your subscription period starts the moment you subscribe and renews on the same date each month or year until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. To cancel, sign in on your account page and choose Manage subscription, or email support@clearprop.co.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started, including partial periods, except where required by law.

If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@clearprop.co and we will look into it.

The Pro trial for new accounts needs no card and ends on its own, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
